Lynn Fox is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Insitu. Insitu provides industry leading unmanned aircraft systems, software solutions, and services that deliver decision making capabilities to global customers.

Lynn joined Insitu in 2022 as CEO and is also serving as Boeing’s vice president of Missions and Payloads.

Matt Bartow as CTO is responsible for the enterprise technology strategy, vision and roadmap for Insitu as we strive to constantly deliver information systems that improve customers’ ability to make superior decisions. He leads the company’s Advanced Development organization and Intellectual Property Management team, fostering innovation pushing the boundaries of technology development through rapid prototyping/demonstration. Matt is also Insitu’s Director of Products, guiding the design, development, production and logistics support for all UAS products. He previously served as Director of Engineering.

Andrew Duggan in his current role drives Insitu’s growth in the commercial market, expanding the capability for Insitu RPAS to operate in international airspace and growing Insitu’s business within the commercial space on a global scale. Prior to this role, Andrew was Managing Director of Insitu Pacific and led the company through a significant growth period, capturing major UAS contracts with defense forces in Singapore, Japan, Malaysia and the UAE. Andrew came to Insitu Pacific from Boeing Defence Australia, where he was the Senior Manager of Unmanned Systems Operations.

Erick Wegerer

Chief Information Officer

Erick Wegerer is the Director of Enterprise Systems and leads the Information Technology (IT), Information Security (InfoSec) and Management Information Systems (MIS) teams at Insitu, supporting both internal and external customers. Erick started his Insitu career as the Information Services Manager in 2017, where he was responsible for assembling Insitu’s Business Intelligence team and managing an Agile team of 20 developers and analysts.
