ITAR Statement
Employment with Insitu may require or otherwise provide access to data and technology controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulation of 1979 (EAR). To ensure applicants will be able to carry out the duties associated with employment without requiring access to controlled information, Insitu may offer employment only to applicants who qualify as a “U.S. person” as that term is defined by those regulations.
Drug and Alcohol Testing Policy
Insitu has a policy of drug testing all prospective employees before hire or rehire. Candidates will be required to undergo pre-employment drug testing and receive a negative result for marijuana, cocaine, amphetamines, opiates, and phencyclidine (PCP). Recalls and internal transfers may also have to take a drug test if required under Federal regulations or contracts for specific positions.
Insitu’s drug-free workplace policy is posted on the Insitu intranet. Employees could be subjected to drug and alcohol testing, training, and other drug and alcohol program requirements under certain circumstances.
