They should be fully immersed, constantly driven to do their best. We believe that many of our great ideas come from existing students, and we expect all of our interns to be actively engaged in substantial projects throughout the company.
As an entrepreneurial company, Insitu encourages new ideas and supports the accomplishments and talents of its interns. We view interns as prospective employees who continually infuse fresh talent and ideas into company culture.
Insitu’s intern program is unique — each intern is matched with a mentor who shares the intern’s degree or area of interest. Interns receive one-on-one mentorship and participate fully in the daily duties of an engineer or unmanned aircraft system operator. The mentor is also the intern’s supervisor.
Through our intern program, we aim to infuse a passion for engineering in the next generation of industry leaders.
Insitu is looking for creative, innovative students and graduates with vision to join a world-class company for our College Intern Program and High School Intern Program.
