Command & Control

Seeing the big picture. Getting the exact picture.

A picture is worth a thousand words, so when you try to glean specific data, it’s important that you have as many eyes on the picture as possible.

Insitu offers a host of small-footprint, cost-effective options for command and control of large networks of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS).

The Insitu Multiple UAS Software Environment (IMUSE) is the foundation for all our command and control environments. IMUSE provides intuitive, point-and-click, real-time control and monitoring of the aircraft.

Our ground control stations are combat-proven, designed to support a large range of environmental conditions such as extreme temperatures and high wind loads. Coupled with forward ground control stations and mobile ground control stations, Insitu systems create the backbone of ad-hoc ISR networks, moving with our customers and passing off command and control of aircraft that are launched from hubs (often main operating bases) to spokes (often forward operating bases) for tactical support.

The Insitu Common Open-mission Management Command and Control (ICOMC2) system offers command and control and video for dissimilar assets. ICOMC2 has a plug-in interface that allows external authors to develop new features that extend the ICOMC2 core.
