Insitu Pacific Limited welcomes new ideas to improve its technologies or to take advantage of niche markets. For suggestions or unsolicited offers, you should email the following:

All unsolicited proposals will be treated confidentially.
Proposals should be submitted on the basis that:
a. Insitu Pacific reserves the right to reject all offers and proposals regardless of merit;
b. Insitu Pacific assumes that you possess sufficient intellectual property rights or licences to offer the proposal, and that disclosure to Insitu Pacific, and Insitu Pacific's review of the unsolicited proposal will not breach any obligation that you may have to a third party, or breach any right that a third party may have in the information disclosed in the unsolicited proposal.
c. Insitu Pacific's review of the unsolicited proposal does not represent a commitment to contract with you.

Insitu Pacific deals with sensitive and export controlled information. As a consequence, prior to working with Insitu Pacific, suppliers and subcontractors may be requested to sign:

Depending on the work that you will undertake for Insitu Pacific Limited, you may be required to sign an Export Non-Discloser Agreement, End-User Statement, Licence or Technical Assistance Agreement. These will be discussed with you prior to signing any contract or commencing any work with Insitu Pacific Limited.
