As Insitu's vice president of product operations, Mr. Brignoli's diverse global and domestic experience 
spans aerospace, high technology systems, major appliances, and consumer and industrial products. He 
began his product design and development career with GE's Aircraft Engine division where over 20 years 
he held a variety of component and systems design positions in both military and commercial 
turbomachinery design engineering. Before transferring to GE's major appliance division, he led the 
engineering group that developed the advanced F110 turbofan for the F-16 Fighting Falcon and was the 
general manager of CFM56-3 engine programs supplying engines to Boeing for their 737 series twins. 
After GE, Mr. Brignoli held senior and executive level engineering and quality positions with a variety of 
consumer and industrial products companies. His last position was vice president of technology and 
quality for Hayward Pool Products in Elizabeth, New Jersey.
 
Mr. Brignoli is a single and multi-engine rated commercial pilot and flight instructor and is a licensed 
airframe and powerplant technician. Mr. Brignoli served in the U.S. Air Force as a hydraulic and pneumatic 
systems specialist on a wide range of fighter and transport category aircraft.
