Insitu’s integrated logistics support provides central planning, global command and control, and proposal support, and serves as a single focal point for all customer material support requirements. Our focus is to constantly improve product reliability and reduce life cycle costs wherever possible.

From the Insitu Logistics Center we manage maintenance, sparing, shipping and receiving, and distribution of system components based on timely spares forecasting and production coordination.

The Product Support team generates and updates the maintenance, sparing, and integrated logistics support plans used by in-field support units and distributes service bulletins.

The Analysis team is primarily focused on measuring performance of the overall system and producing daily contract metrics.
