The unmatched field performance of our UAS family is sustained by our field service representatives (FSR) force and the Deployed Operations (DEPOPS) team who supports it. More than 185 FSR are embedded with our customers throughout the world to assist in the optimal utilization of our systems.
DEPOPS provides a comprehensive response structure able to address time-critical, programmatic issues through its Action Center 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
Fully-certified, mission-qualified crews, headquarters-based full-service personnel management, standardized field-base services, clearly defined operational procedures, seamless transitions through effective scheduling, familiar support structure, and flexible field support team with mobile capability are utilized to consistently meet our customer service standard:
