BS Naval Science (United States Naval Academy)


Peter F. Leon serves as the Sr. Director of Quality Assurance on the executive leadership team at Insitu, Inc.  In this capacity, he is also the AS9100 C management representative.  Mr. Leon's diverse global and domestic experience spans Aerospace, Automotive, and The US Navy.  He served as the QA Director of Jiangling Motor Company, Nanchang PRC, a Ford Motor Company joint venture; and has 26 years of quality management experience with Ford Motor Company.   He started with Ford as a Product Development Engineer, with Truck Operations.   In the Navy retiring as a Captain, he was Surface Warfare qualified, as well as being a designated Naval Intelligence Officer.
