Certifications

AS9100

Our recent AS9100 Certification designates our Quality Management System as AS9100 REV B and ISO 9001:2000 compliant. The inspection for this certification looked closely at our systems for design, development, production, delivery, field support, repairs, and operator training.

HUBZone

The HUBZone Certification is beneficial to Insitu based on the Government's goals to do a certain percentage of business with small disadvantaged business. Additionally, having this certification allows us to get some set aside procurements and helps the U.S. Government meet their goals.

DHS Safety Act Certification and Designation

The DHS SAFETY Act Certification and Designation means that we are a certified and designated Anti-Terrorism Technology (ATT). This allows the Government and our customers a decrease in potential liability in the event of a catastrophic event (an act of terrorism). It also, in theory, allows the Government a quicker way to deploy or procure since we have this Certification/Designation.
